Ocote Soul Sounds is Martín Perna (Antibalas) and Adrian Quesada (Grupo Fantasma, Brownout), their music is a dynamic mix of pan-Latin flavor, conscious political attitude, afrobeat and hip-hop rhythms.
Their fourth studio albumTaurus was produced by Eric Hilton of Thievery Corporation and features vocal collaborations with fellow ESL Music regulars Natalia Clavier, Sitali, Verny Varela and Chico Mann.
